Velmora is not responsible for any additional charges such as bank fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes imposed by your country or region.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at Contact@velmora-usa.com or call us at +1 (213) 446-1926. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after this window as the order may have already been dispatched.

Velmora reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of product. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Velmora is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted on unopened products or items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opened products may be considered for return in cases of an adverse skin reaction, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
